Starting in Houston cleaning companies

Your crew understood the rule. You can prove it.

A short video in Spanish, from a QR on the chemical cart. A printable training record with language, quiz score, and timestamp — not an English binder they signed without understanding.

14-day free trial. Card on file. Cancel before day 14 — you pay nothing.

No sales call. Sign up, generate bleach rules in Spanish, print the QR.

OSHA requires Hazard Communication training in a language and vocabulary the worker can understand (29 CFR 1910.1200(h); OSHA training policy, Apr 28, 2010). That is not the same as requiring Spanish for every crew — it means the training must match how the worker actually receives job instructions. Read what that means for cleaning crews.

Sample clip in Español and English. After signup you generate your own never-mix-bleach video with your product name. The public cleaner demo uses the bleach quiz.

Why Houston first

We are not launching nationwide. One city, Spanish-first cleaning crews, self-serve signup. Figures below are public records, not marketing claims.

44.2%

of Houston residents are Hispanic or Latino. Census Bureau QuickFacts, July 1, 2025.

35.6%

of U.S. janitors and building cleaners are Hispanic or Latino. BLS CPS Table 11 (2025 annual). Night crews in Houston are often Spanish-first.

$16,550

OSHA maximum for a serious citation in 2026 (OSHA penalty memo, May 21, 2026). A maximum is not a typical fine. Training must still be in a language the worker understands.

OSHA Hazard Communication covers commercial cleaning crews when chemical use exceeds ordinary household frequency and duration (29 CFR 1910.1200(b)(6)(ix)). CrewGot does not replace your SDS binder, host Safety Data Sheets, or substitute for a written HazCom program. Starter modules cover never mix bleach, labeled dilution, and new-hire site rules — with a printable completion record. For chemical substances, employers must update workplace labeling, the written HazCom program, and employee training for newly identified hazards by November 20, 2026 (29 CFR 1910.1200(j)(2)(ii)). Mixtures: May 19, 2028 (j)(3)(ii).

Refer a Houston cleaning company

We do not run a sales team. People who already stand with night crews make the introduction. You get paid after the location’s first successful payment.

Janitorial suppliers

You already sell chemicals, paper, or equipment to Houston cleaners. Their Spanish-speaking night crew still signs an English sheet. Introduce three companies. They sign up on this site — you do not have to pitch software.

$50 per paid location, each month they stay. Supplier one-pager

Owners who already pay

After your company is live, send another Houston cleaning owner. When they pay their first month, you get one month free. We confirm both locations by email — no public coupon codes, no spam lists.

One free month per referred company that pays.
